Company Nurses
A company nurse, also known as occupational health and safety officer or occupational health nurse, manages the company's medical clinic. They provide general first aid to employees when required, assess employee health risks, and promote employee health.
Speech Therapists
Treat speech, language, communication, and eating disorders. They evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Provide training and education to family/caregivers and other professionals. Work collaboratively with professionals from many different disciplines.
Occupational Therapists
They treat disabled, ill, or injured patients with special equipment and the therapeutic use of daily activities. They also help patients improve, regain, and develop the skills needed for day-to-day life and work.
Dieticians and Nutritionists
They ensure that diets meet individual needs. They develop menus to meet patient's nutritional needs. For example, they adapt menus for people recovering from illness or surgery or with health conditions like diabetes.
Caregiver
A Caregiver, or Personal Care Aide, supports patients with difficulties completing basic tasks, like people with disabilities, the elderly, or patients suffering from mental disorders. They administer medications and help patients complete personal care tasks like bathing and dressing. Eating or grooming and following the patients’ prescribed healthcare plan.
Company Psychologists
Administer and interpret psychological tests and measurements and document results internally and for patients. Guide patients through treatment regimens like behavior modification, psychotherapy, and group therapy.
Non-medical Staff like HR, Finance, Marketing
support the company's overall operation.
