Frequently Asked Questions
Caregivers assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility assistance, companionship, and light housekeeping.
As the employer of the caregiver, we ensure that all recruitment, screening, and credentialing processes are conducted in accordance with our established policies and procedures. To avoid any misinterpretation by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), clients are not involved in the hiring process, as the caregiver remains an employee of our company. During recruitment, we carefully assess each caregiver's qualifications and experience to ensure they are appropriately matched to the specific requirements and condition of the patient.
We are able to deploy a caregiver or nurse within 1-3 days from receipt of the duly signed documents (Proposal and Consent for Care) and confirmation of the advance payment.
To proceed with the service, the client or authorized representative is required to sign the Service Proposal and General Consent Form.
Whenever possible, we strive to assign the same caregiver to ensure continuity of care and build familiarity with the client's needs, particularly for long-term care arrangements.
No, there is no minimum number of days required. We can provide caregiver services even for a minimum of one (1) day. We accommodate both short-term and long-term care arrangements depending on the client's needs.
Caregiver fees are typically billed twice a month, usually on the 10th and 25th of each month.
Please inform your assigned case manager. We will review your concern and, if necessary, arrange for a suitable replacement.
In the event that the assigned caregiver is absent, we will make every effort to provide a reliever to ensure continuity of care.
